Exercise helps you to keep you fit and healthy. So doing exercise is good for all age people. But exercise needs motivation to keep you moving with your goal. Here are few ways to keep you motivated.

Write your experience after every workout, like how you felt after your workout this would keep you motivated to do your workout regularly.

Remember why you started to set goal. Whether to stay fit, reduce the weight, or anything else. When you set a goal you should be determined to reach it. So set a proper goal for yourself and stay motivated to reach it.

Before you think to skip one of your workout think twice how will it affect me? Am I going away from my goal? Skipping your workout will take you away from reaching your goal so don’t miss it.

Write your goal in front your bed or somewhere in such a way that it is visible to you and it remind you to do exercise regularly.

Group Fitness is another way to keep you motivated to do exercise regularly. The group exercise helps you to fel motivated towards your goal and your group members can help you to continue it. They can push you when you are in a mood to skip it.

Make it a habit. It is said that when we try to make a habit of something it takes 60 days for us to get habituated to any new thing. So if you are regularly exercise for 60 days it will become your habit and then you can continue this for log.

Stick Notes are another way to keep you motivated. Write some good motivational quotes and stick it near by to your workplace or near your bedside.

Fix a Certain time for it. Set a fixed time for your workout because of this your boy will get habituated to it and you will gut feeling at that time reminding you do your workout.

Make your workout fun related like continuously going for a run can make you feel bored. So try some new activities like dancing, jogging and so on. Search something, which interest you and then doing that.

Keep Track Record. Now we all use smartphone, which has many apps download an app, which will help you to keep record of your work out. This will motivate you to do more and reach your easily.

Here are few ways through which you can keep yourself motivated to exercise regularly. The main important thing is determination which will give your energy to workout.
